Well I really can't see how you can come down on Apple for only providing for 3 monitors. Not too many need 6. Those who do probably have the money. Apple is trying to keep costs down. They can't provide for every eventuality. Why should Apple provide something everyone would have to pay for but few need?

As I said it seems to me that 1.2 gigs would be enough even for a video editor. You might need more room but that's easily available on something like a thunderbolt raid. No problem just a little more money.

I'm still using it. I see no reason to upgrade until I have to. And even Snow Leopard is not that stable.
