No, the IRS site had the info for implementing the whole bill. The IRS would not be telling you what to buy, but Bronze (as cited) is the lowest/cheapest level. The estimated cost ranges to over $20,000 per year for a family. Read the bill. And Nancy Pelosi's comment was in response to someone saying they all should take more time to actually read the bill and see what was in it, not "your interpretation" of what she said. And no, she did not say to look at it "from a legislator's POV". She was pushing for fast tracking the bill and nothing else. Helping to push it through as fast as possible. And yes, we will all have the "option" of purchasing whatever mandated healthcare we want...either that or be charged with a misdemeanor and pay a fine. No, it isn't a criminal offense...but neither are a lot of other "crimes" in the US, such as illegal entry into the US (illegal immigration) and failure for a sex offender to register, according to the US Supreme Court. You will still be punished and pay a fine. And since when did the government "require" by law someone to possess something and that item or service cost not gone through the roof?
