LOL...yes, DHHS administers the Medicaid/Medicare, SNAP, WIC, TANF etc. that they provide. This is the health insurance for the poor, who I might add already HAD health insurance before Obamacare. So far nothing you have said has defeated my point, nor has it refuted the costs (according to the Obama Administration and the agency that will implement it) cited by the actual bill. Stop defending Obama for this, and do your research for yourself. Make up your own mind for a change instead of following a party line.
