However the article concludes that it is NBASE's product which is faster and cheaper per port...these are both more important than the config interface in the buyers mind. So the article may appear negative but not in reality.

John, I suppose I'm just looking for MRV to provide 'the total pckge'.
Ya gotta beat the champ, ya don't tie 'em. Don't mean to be such a 'perfectionist', I know that being first out, you can cut corners.

"Blazing performance should catapult Nbase Communications Inc.'s new NH3016 MegaSwitch G to the fore of the crowded switch race, but..."

It's that damn 'but', pain in the butt software script mplementations are like flipping 'dip switches' on cards, & as for the fanthom ability to change modes?....Hopefully we've taken some of the 'dinero' recently raised and will make the issue 'dissapear'. I believe that the redundant power supply will be available in 98'.

It would just seem that a co. looking to provide something as 'cool' as ...."JavaMan, a platform independent, Internet-ready Network Management System ("NMS") which the Company created to expand the reach of MegaVision over the Internet." Where "all necessary software is expected to reside on MegaSwitch II, pre-configured prior to customer delivery," ect, ect... wouldn't have such 'crud' to configure ports, ect...

Enough venting, maybe we can get a price bounce after the shareholders meeting on the 10th. Are you attending?
