He's not obnoxious. Truth be known he's a very generous man who gives of his time and knowledge freely. He has a data base and experience that goes further than most who read him. He sees things from every perspective with a complete understanding of how the market functions. He's a gift to any who can access his knowledge. Try contacting some house to see if they will take the time to discuss their work let alone be willing to teach it as he does with his CLX.
