Ah! that press release was very very telling. I would sincerely doubt that the deal would interfere with MPRS product release schedule. I think MPRS is using the deal as a scapegoat for their continued sloppy execution which GT uncovered in their due diligence.

I applaud GT having the maturity and focus on profits to walk away from the deal. At least from my perspective this thread is about stock holders. I bet the poor arbs are gonna have an ugly day unwidning their GT short positions on Monday, maybe we'll see GT stock back to the $11 to $12.50 range, closer to where it belongs. Any thoughts on how 1 to 2 million shares of buying pressure (short covering) will affect GT stock?
