I was suprised that people thought that the merge with USRobotics would be smooth. This is a very complicated business with fast product transitions.

Looking at the market as it now stands, 3Com has a good product mix that should do it well in the near future IMHO.

It will be interesting to see how the Townsend suit goes!

Lynch wouldn't be buying this stock right now. If you think he would, you need to reread the parts of his book, "One Up On Wall Street", that talk about insider trading.

This investor law suit only adds fuel to the fire. Investor sentiment is what moves stocks, and it is even evident on Silicon Investor that sentiment on COMS is downticking.
