Hi Christine, Well I didn't know that you would be devastated because I didn't reveal what name I would have chosen if my son was a girl instead. The truth is that I couldn't remember last night, so I had to wait until today to ask my wife, and she forgot, but my foster daughter remembered. It probably would have been Julie. I was also thinking about Crystal. Remember that was 21 years ago. I would rethink it today. I like your choice of Briana. Football and religion are almost one and the same thing in Texas. I once went to our High School games to watch my son perform in the marching band. Of course every game started with the pledge of allegiance which conveniently led directly to a very solemn prayer while everybody was standing. At this point I would sit down, and recieved many ugly stares for doing so. It was always interesting to hear comments like "break that quarterback's arms" and "come on, let's kick some ass" by the same people that were just praying for the safety of the players. By the way the preacher that was usually chosen to lead the prayer was caught literally with his pants down screwing an 11 year old retarded girl. She said at the Grand Jury hearing that this happened many times. My wife, who still attends weekly mass, was on the Grand Jury, and she said that from the detailed descriptions, and the preacher's own admission of guilt, she had no doubt that this happened many times. He was indicted, but it never went to trial because of pressure from his parishoners and others. They were saying that it was the girl's fault, implying that she was a little slut and a liar. He was let go if he promised not to do it again, and moved out of town, which he did. He will probably be a repeater. An update on the little girl that was killed. The boy had shot another kid in the face with a BB gun a couple of weeks before, and nothing was done about it. Also another child at the scene said that he was angry at the girl when he killed her. It was no accident. Del
