Rob - not sure if it is necessarily dumping, since Joe's rhetorical ponderment remains: who were the buyers? One think we should understand, the MMs won't be the ones holding the bag.

I ve noticed short interest has gone up last mo, but it is not *heavily* shorted either - by any stretch of imagination.

Finally, IMUL doesn't ve convertibles (including reg s and 144,) so manipulation from that angle doesn't sound all too convincing either.
