If the big block sells stop it might be. Depends... I will watch it though. Does it have revenues? How are they paying to keep lights on? Do they need capital to expand? Big block sells are a warning sign to me.

Looked at the web site and the edgar 10 q financials. looks like it's poised to develop some sales and profits?
