That's a total crock -- a confused, big government attitude that Congress giving away taxpayer dollars is somehow a "subsidy" to some company. They're subsidizing people, not Walmart.

The problem isn't with Walmart; the problem is with liberals, who through some convoluted-assed reasoning have concluded that we should have 1/4 of the country on welfare, Medicaid, food stamps, and various other subsidies.

Walmart is doing its part by giving more than 1 million Americans decent jobs and fostering economic growth everywhere they put one of their stores. Which is why communities literally fight over getting stores located in them.
