>> tell your kids. A great future awaits them at wally world

I have two friends who became wealthy working at Walmart. Both of them started their careers working as low-level employees in stores. I remember thinking when one went to work at a local store, "He's reached his potential." Wrong. He became a corporate VP by committing himself to the company and made more money on his stock than anyone could have imagined.

The guy started out working in a tiny store a few miles from where I live; we joked him about it at the time -- "are you gonna spend your whole life working at Walmart?" Yep. Paid off nicely. Certainly better than he could have done anywhere else.
