To All....for an enjoyable and insightful read go to the COMS board and read Martin Milani's posts. He comes off as a combination Bruce Willis and Don Rickles. He appears to have a lot of technical savvy and is an optimistic long.

>>>To think otherwise is a little naive.<<<

No such thing my cyber pal...either one is naive or they're not.

The thing I said was "If USR (Casey) did stuff the channel...he did it to the benefit of the USRX shareholders, which is where his responsibility was."

If being the key word. I don't believe that to be the case at all. You must also study the post I was replying to in order to understand the context of my statement. So
please don't insinuate I said something I didn't!

I think they knew the stock was gonna take a hit when they disclosed the inventory issues, and delayed disclosure so they had time to dump some shares.

I would be totally mortified if these folks didn't have some ability to choose a good time to sell. However, as you should know they must file with the SEC before they can sell...that information is readily available, SO they didn't sneak it past you or anyone else IMO. What you are saying is these folks carried out an illegal act...committed a crime punishable by law. I suggest you call the authorities and report the crime if you truly believe that.

Somehow I don't think COMS insiders (including ex USRX folks) were too concerned about shareholders when they headed for the exits.

Who exited may I ask? If you stop and think it out everyone in management who sold a portion of their share, has lost more since they sold then the amount they gained by selling.

Let us all understand something, if you invest in a stock short term you're risking your money based on your own skill or ability. If you invest in a stock long term you're risking your money only partly on your skill and ability...BUT largely on management's. Remember that management has long term outlooks...not 3-6 months at a time. One only needs to do a search at COMS website to see how long ago USR was preparing for xDSL and other things.

Ya got ta know when ta hold em,
