I think Bema will have US$25 million at 1/1/98; however, its my understanding the cash transfers from Placer to Bema and Star won't occure until February, 1998 and that will leave Bema with about US$35 million in cash. Star's cash has nowhere to go; it has no projects to drill. It owes Bema some money but Star's cash is an added benefit (in this market cash is king for juniors and exploration companies) to Bema in any merger deal.
