Hi-
I wasn't told that things were rosey but that they were trying to
cut costs etc. At that point it just sounded that their equipment
replacement cost would be much higher than what the stock was selling
at..
hopefully somebody will call them..

Zeev, you still following this piece of crap? I see that EDGAR has the last 144 in July, nothing recent. There are rumors that the company may be bought out. That wouldn't surprise me since they do have good products and specialty stainless steel should be good business in this strong economy. The jerk management still holds enough shares not to screw themselves with a Chapter 11 IMO. They are so good at taking care of themselves that shareholder valuation will be a priority. I would expect them to submit to a buyout as the rumor suggests. I will buy some of this garbage at current prices since my risk is a total loss and the potential upside is a multiple. I look forward to the garbage hook award. <VBG>
