Ted, you should know that poorer cultures usually have more children per family.

Only DailyKos could come up with bullshit like "Republican policies create poverty, which then leads to the decline of the white population."

That's completely bass-ackwards from the truth, which is that the poorer a people group is, the more children they tend to have.
