I was too late to correct my earlier post, but my error was in the thresholds for the equivalent boron concentration. They are not 200 ppm and 500 ppm, as I stated, but instead 2 ppm and 5 ppm, which do equate to the respective carbon concentrations 0f 99.9998% and 99.9995%, as I correctly stated earlier.

Sorry for the confusion.
