There are a few posibilities:
1, May be it was day order instead of gtc by mistake from AMTD or you.
2, Once a month or so, it automatically clears up old outstanding orders. Check with AMTD for details.
3, They clean up all day orders within 30 mins after market closes, so
if you put one within that time for the next day, it'll be gone.
4, Some of those unexperienced agents might did goofy things. Knowing
how they handle my orders, ......
