I wasn't a member of SI when Cube was at $50. I've been short the Ice Cube twice and long it once, on the right side of the ledger thus far each time. The movement of Cube is in my blood. I'm telling you all indicators point drastically Down, with minimal support till the selling evaporates at around $10. What moves this stock has always been momentum, a very difficult thing to break. The so-called facts have rarely moved this stock ( outside of preannouncements and major design wins) but the Interpretation of the facts. Stocks are moved by human visions of their status 1-2 years out. Facts are usually old news and are usually factored into the price of the security by the time they come out. I think what the market is telling us here is that Cubes prospects 1 year out are potentially bleak and extremely uncertain. The risk far outweighs the reward in owning the security at this time. It's always very difficult to have the market ( or Reality) contradict your personal view. I have tried to give some reasons for Cubes recent slide. If your long, it's difficult to agree. At some point Reality sets in and you must admit you were wrong. Hostility, anger and lashing out are common reactions when Reality goes against you. But the interpretations of Cubes fundamentals, technicals and sentimentals are moving it to the downside. I will continue to post my bearish interpretations of Cubes fundamentals,& technicals. Change is the Reality but I see no major reversal for Cube yet. Again, every indicator of mine points down.
