Isn't justification for an exchange to request a halt based on volume limits or outrageous price swings? It would appear as though none of those apply here.

The price on both dml and nai made a nice move but not at all inconsistent with recent events.

If a halt was to be invoked what about cyp........?

regards

First of all,it is well documented that I sold my stock at $3.90.Most people think you're automatically shorting the stock just because you decide to exit. This was simply untrue in my case.My reasons for selling we're explained and accepted from the bright guys on this thread including Ed and others. If you and JJ are legitametly short and are spreading rumours to satisfy positions, you're not only unethical, you're on the lower level of the totem pole as far as class goes.I don't have a problem with someone shorting a stock,we all have to answer to our decisions financially at some point. My problem is with people who sell their soul for their financial gain.As far as JJ goes,I've been a broker for 20 years,I have yet to meet a "smart" broker who advises their client to short a $1 stock especially when results are pending and the stock is trading at 52 week lows.A seasoned short (not shorter) wouldn't take those odds and would instead look for other opportunities, which leads me to believe that you JJ and your broker are all novices.Regards Douglas.
