A sincere thanks to all the pillars of this thread. I'm starting to understand the power of being networked. I would have caved into uncertainty and fear a long time ago otherwise. Great news on the buying, that was over a mo. ago now so it will be interesting to watch in the coming wks.

Q) The backup demonstration doesn't mention any switches, so I guess there aren't any needed? Don't want to get my hopes too high.
