Guess many people realize suburban sprawl is BORING and look for something different. Someone (not me) is going to make a killing figuring out the next place to gentrify and go the way of Seattle and the few other truely great cities with some European flair in this country. Maybe SLC, Denver, Pittsburgh, MSP, Austin, Atlanta, Orlando? One thing they need is more streetcars in town not high speed rail between large cities. Have you seen the catastrophe the bullet train from SF to LA has become?
