HMMM? DIRECTOR OF EUROPEAN FIELD OPERATIONS You will be responsible for overall field based activities and customer satisfaction in Europe. Will manage local field service, training, technical support, marketing, office personnel and support activities. Will be directly responsible for the fulfillment of specific after-market operations support goals. Will provide strategic and tactical input into the development and evolution of after market operations for Europe. Responsible for meeting the agreed upon financial targets in Europe. Full P&L responsibility including budget preparation, reporting and cash flow management. Requires 4 year technical degree or demonstrated relevant experience. A Masters level degree in a technical discipline is encouraged and formal business education is desired. Should have at least 7 to 10 years of relevant managerial experience in a semiconductor process related business. Extensive travel is mandatory and will likely exceed 50%. Essential skills in management, logistics, support services and business processes are a must. Direct experience in the European semiconductor process industry and high complexity capital equipment is required. This individual must demonstrate attention to details and must plan on remaining in this position for at least 3 years. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER ....Positions In Europe, Korea, Japan and Taiwan You will be providing technical customer support to collaborators and customers, and for assisting in the improvement of product performance, design or application. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requires a BS in Engineering or related technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience; 1-3 years' experience in field service in a manufacturing environment; and 4-7 years' specific industry experience. Coursework and/or training in customer service, sales or related function in a related industry is a plus. Demonstrated ability to maintain strong customer relations, assist in the analysis of issues, and provide effective coordination with the end users to enhance the sales and acceptance of company products are essential. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER Various positions available. You will work on cutting edge equipment while you are responsible for the installation and maintenance support of laser equipment. Will provide high level on-site technical support of our customers as well as phone and fax consultation. Requires a background in optics, electrical engineering, physics or related field with 2 years' experience in field service or technical support.
