Hi Tenchusatsu; Yeah, regarding retribution and race relations, we'd do better with less of it. If people simply restricted their retribution to be only against the individuals who did them wrong we'd have a much more peaceful world. The really big problem is "retribution" done against innocent people. All the US slave owners are dead. It's too late to get revenge against them. Same thing applies when someone is afraid of all blacks after a bad experience with one person. I'd like people to see us as a bunch of individuals that work together to form a country, not a collection of groups that work against each other to obtain what they deserve. -- Carl

My worry is for the future of this country. If we don't learn to get along and accept each other, we could well turn into a South Africa. You should know that race-baiting and spreading the hate, even if your goal is to stop the hate, are counterproductive to race relations in this country. The solution is forgiveness and reconciliation. That includes forgiving your fellow white man for crimes committed against minorities. (You don't have to tolerate said crimes, of course, but you do have to let go of your right to retribution.) Its takes more than forgiveness. It takes education and acceptance. And who ever told any of you people that I hate white men or don't forgive them. That's just BS you all are making up so you don't have to deal with the subject at hand.
