Customs officers can possibly have a sense of humour and perhaps did not mind stamping her toy passport. They could probably deduce that she was not being kidnapped or otherwise should not have been traveling.

It's hardly evidence that Al Qaeda could take a noocular bomb and a dozen child hostages through Turkey's customs control. I'd stamp her "passport" if she presented it.
