Great point. Amazing Los Feliz is back to the $1.1M high of 2005-06. Per Zillow that home was as high as $524k. Bottom was $259k a few years ago. Some move from the mid 1990's $52k sale. Bernanke and friends going to create yet another bubble nationwide in a few years if this keeps up?
