These lawyers file law suits against all high profile companies. They like it especially when you have $500 million in cash and insurance. Their goal is to get money for themselves and feed off insurance companies who insure for this. The lawyers suing ascend may even send you a profile of how they have made out in the past. I guess they are good to have there if there actually is fraud. It will keep every one in check. I don't think their settlements normally impact the operation of the company. If the fraud charges are true and the lawyers win the case it is good for us and the lawyers. On the other hand if the lawyers are doing this for an out of court settlement this is a problem.
