OUCH, Zebra, i knew i should have read these boards before tying that 100 lb plate on.... (Off topic) Mike, much like smashing cinder blocks with your head, this is not something an un-trained person should attempt. Recently, one of our little hometown newspapers, LA Weekly (or perhaps it was New Times - Los Angeles), was running ads for 'Penile Power'. The photo showed a gent wearing a short skirt dangling a sizable weight (in the 50-100 pound range) from a rope, presumably attached to his member. Supposedly, these skills can be developed with their specialized training in this esoteric discipline. There was no indication of their performance claims having been verified by the world-renowned Dr. Greco.
