Randy, you said

"RB and All: What type of contract are people expecting with the "major carriers"? Is FTEL supplying DVG's, will FTEL be paying the carrier for use of a backbone, (c) all of the above? I'm not quite such what to expect."

I have the same question. How do major carriers play in this?

I tend to think in simple terms. I have a Korean friend living in LA now who calls home frequently. It's fairly expensive. Seems FTEL could put a tempest in LA, another in Seoul, lease a T1 line connection at both ends and start selling calls to customers who want to save money. What do major carriers have to say about it, other than perhaps leasing the line at more favorable terms to FTEL/FNET? It seems like a perfect opportunity for cottage industry style market penetration - each incremental step is stand-alone and profitable.

Bob.
