TO ALL: I would highly encourage everyone to look at the Thursday edition of the Wall Street Journal (go to a library if you have to)...There is a GREAT article about the dilution to earnings if stock options are exercised by many high-tech companies. For example, MSFT spent $3 billion buying back stock this year vs $4 billion in earnings. Their average strike price for options is $42 or $100 less than the current stock price......I'm sure Bill is skewing the scale a bit....

I wish I kept the article...kicking myself hard right now...it was really great...
