<<So, Mr. VP likes the top-speed performance of his IBM ThinkPud, eh?>>

I don't know that he likes the performance so much as he thinks he can't get the software he needs in order to be able to use his beloved Mac. Hmmm. I wonder which software ol' Al needs so badly for the PC? This guy is VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, for crying our loud! Al, tell (ORDER!) your aides to go out and buy Macs. Grab copies of FreePPP, Eudora Pro, and (*gulp*) MSOffice '98 for the Mac and get on with it. Hell, once Rhapsody comes out (won't be long) you can install Windows 95 on your Mac (and I mean ON your Mac) and run any software you want. If you love the Mac so much, put your money where your mouth is. I'm surprised; most Mac users are far more resourceful than this about getting their computing chores done the way they need them done. Maybe Al's an imposter. Is he trying to use AutoCAD or something?

My 18-month price target for AAPL (barring market meltdown): $26. The line in the sand has been drawn....

Long live Apple Computer.

Mark
