How does one design cities with water, sewer, building regulations, stop lights and stop signs, create police and fire departments and emergency medical technicians, fix roads and inspect food, build schools and look out for the welfare of the people - without money?

Only capitalism can do that.

Public works, law enforcement, etc aren't socialism.

You're just making a false argument that the only alternative to socialism is anarchy.

No one is fooled.

The things you think we need socialism to provide we've had from the beginning of this country.
