Why not just thank me for correcting your mistake about the constitution?

As for the New Deal, no constituional amendments were involved. Though FDR's decision to serve as President for Life did prompt the states to approve an amendment limiting the President to two terms.

Right, and so the people also amended our society to include the New Deal.

When you run out of other peoples money, it will be un-ammended to exclude most of the new deal.
