A few moons past I used to play with a kid who's grandfather had been sheriff in Ogden. Once in a while Stevie would let me use the old man's holster to carry my cap gun.

It was heavy leather, worn, had been tended with neatsfoot oil for many years, and had a couple notches carved in.

Kid what didn't get to do that don't know what cool is.
