It just made another 52 week low, even with the analyst note. The early move today looked like a simple dead cat style pop. I think there is a great opportunity with FIO longer term but it has to figure out where the actual bottom will be. No reason why that can't be today's low but 2 straight days of new 52 week lows will leave plenty of questions. Similar to WLT, each day it moved lower, a day like today was more likely. We still won't know if this is just a bounce or if there's been enough volume to form a firm bottom. The V shape in the chart is encouraging. But like many we've been tracking, it takes more time to gain confidence in the reversal!
