Check out TALX at www.talx.com or more specific to the Work number: theworknumber.talx.com The growth of the Work Number is unbelievable.

Also check out the 10-Q
sec.gov

Work Number Revenue for 6 months ended Sep 30
1996 583,000
1997 1,711,000

Work Number Growth: 193%

Other Revenues
1996 8,261,000
1997 9,728,000

Other Revenuew Growth: 18%

Clearly the Work Number is the key here. As this pace it should be the primary revenue source in 2-3 years.

The order delay/cancel was why they didn't meet the earning estimate for the previous quarter. I do not know which part of the business it was in. If it was just a delay it may actually help this qtrs number. I posted the analyst's estimate (1 or 2 analyst follow TALX) in the previous post.
