We agree. The truth is, when casting politics aside, we should all realize we are indebted to one another, most of which can never be repaid. Parents and others who have provided any form of nourishment and culture that we benefit from cannot be repaid in any way, especially in the economic or material sense. Some people are considered saints or heroes for the amount of benefit they have left to us. People in positions of authority or with power have provided the modern circumstance from which we all benefit. The fact is, the only way anyone can be oppressed or disadvantaged by the system is via people who have abused positions of power and authority. So even though we can all be, or all should be, thankful to those people...we also have legitimate complaints wrt corruption by those same people... not every individual but as a group. Looking at that in a one sided manner produces self-righteous radicals, who are themselves abusive. JMO Anyway it seemed like a worth while topic.
