FWIW Dept, I saw an item on TV today that 1 billion of IPO's are scheduled for next week and about 3/4 billion the week after, followed by little or no IPO activity (due to the holidays, etc) until late January. Any thoughts on the effect of this on the market? John

I've read many of the posts here over the last few weeks and you guys are the hardest corest blackest gloomiest bears I have ever seen.I agree on alot of levels but couldn't "bear" to visit the thread when I had calls all over the place.Well,I'm alright now and looking to shoot down some of the ducks.Do you guys still like puts on AOL?What about Ctxs?Looks like a no brainer esp from a ta viewpoint.What about YHOO too.From a ta standpoint looks like we rally for the rest of 97 and start getting clubbed at the end of Jan 98.Now's a good time to get positioned for the whacking.I'd love to hear comments.GD
