Just had lunch with a friend of mine who is a VP at ML, so I asked him about LU buying ASND and his response was: HaaHaaaHaaa, i hope you did not buy into the hype.

Yeah, let's have a "negative shareholder" (short position)
class-action suit against "pretty Maria" for squeezing them out.

Any lawyers want to comment on whether people with short positions
have any standing to sue ANSD or pretty Maria for damages?

(I know that they can complain to the SEC!)
