Zeev, I, for one, have always appreciated your posts. I understand the floor of around 1, and I think I understand the ceiling of 2, which is where the receivers of the PP shares will begin selling--is that correct?

Hi Zeev
I just want you to know that I appreciate
your posting on the thread and I think
basically that you were correct in some of
your assertions and concerns. Even some of the ones
that some people called you names about.
I listened to the cheerleaders and didn't get out
until $2.78 US from $9 5/8 av. on 2000 shares.
I lost $14K and it was money I borrowed for the
SURE THING. Just a foolish blue collar worker
believing what the Co. said and the smart, articulate
posters found on their extensive DD. Many would probably
be uncomfortable with posting specific personal info
like this but I think the truth is the best thing for
all of us.

Anyway, thanks for your imput and I hope I can get
some of my money back trading it.
I started to email this but decided to post it instead.
Thanks to all of you who aren't afraid to question the
Co. line..... ZEEV,CC, KIM, etc.

There have been some manipulators and liars here but
that in itself doesn't prove the merits of company's
and supporters assertions, as we have sadly found out.

I would love to still see a moon shot but I have my
doubts. One of the main things I consider is that CC
said, that of all the gold producers he knows of , NONE
of them have a higher extraction rate than the fire assay.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
I will continue to watch and will wait for this to prove
out.

I have become EMAIL friends with a few people here and wish
everyone the best.

foolishBob

Zeev: I don't understand the rationale for someone blaming you for holding the stock. First of all, the rationale is irrational, and secondly, anybody who held the stock on Black Friday, myself included, has nobody to blame but themselves and IPM.

If I were going to blame anyone's internet posts (which I don't) for holding the stock on BF, I would blame Ron Struthers for making the cryptic comments leading into BF which hinted Bateman was going to provide financing to IPM (presumably because Bateman wanted to share the IPM riches).

<< I believe the stock will trade in a nice trading range from just under 1 to about 2 for sometime to come, and money can be made from such movements. >>

Zeev,

Nice analysis. The market just gave IPM (and 'investors')a BIG wake up call. Some 'investors' will heed it & becomes 'traders'. IPM appear to have responded by borrowing a short term 'fix' of capital. Considering the serious financial situation (high cash burn rate), & potential major dillution of existing shareholders with a convertible 'junk bond', this seems a passive approach.

A company in trouble needs to make drastic changes, IMO. Expenses need to cut, expensive executive auto's need to be sold, compensation levels need to be drastically cut, revenue needs to be generated. Where is the bulk pilot plant at Goodyear that Le mentioned to some of us at the AGM? This was to be build for testing & revenue generation. They have clearly chosen to dillute existing shareholders rather then attempt to generate revenue or rapidily prove up assets(imo). If these new funds were directed towards revenue generation to offset development costs then I would have a bit more faith in the current management.

I hold the viewpoint that this company has become an arbitrage situation for the MF's. They appear to have not sold and either have complete control of the company right now or will soon have with the 'convertible junk bond' issue.

Oh, BTW, ... some of us 'non-shareholders' are still 'allowed' to post here as well as on the DD-TA thread!

Regards,
Bob
