Charlie, the offer talks about unvested options on page 3.
I have the Jan 20's and take their wording to mean that I
can convert my options to txn options at a prorated rate
of amtx stock vs. txn stock at the effective time(DEc23rd).
They will use the average txn price for the previous five days
from the effective date, Anyone else come to the same conclusion.
Having not been in this situation before, am looking for a little
legalese guidance.
