Thanks, Paul. Of the two explanations, I anticipated the first by reference to a change in credit terms. Even with a breakthrough product boosting sales and receivables, note that the denominator (average daily sales) in the DSO calculation should increase along with the increase in AR. Wonder if anybody does DSO using quarterly sales rather than past 12 months sales. This would take care of the new product issue, but seasonality would still be a problem. I agree that no ratio can be used in a black-box manner.

Paul..how could ML and Lehman be so ebullient about MCAF and the rest of the world blaise'.What's your take on things..would you add to your position at these levels?..Steve
