S-3A Sec Filing

Kevin,

I believe that the S-3A was filed to account for the possibility of additional shares being issued if the stock price exceeds $4.50 which is the exercise price of the warrants or $9.00 being the 90 day average price of the stock. In any event additional stock will have to be issued. This looks like a positive development as Solomon Page management may expect the stock price to appreciate very quickly.

Tom
