Yes but I'll add one has to have a good understanding of what value box is in control to determine direction. EX one can have a pull back yet STILL be in a bull if the Controlling box allows for a series of sequences down with out affecting the larger box. Keeping in mind an overview of sector indicators will add to one's conclusions along with a very good understanding of balance sheets, and economics. I've said it before. It's more than x's and o's. It's also more than a ema/sma, bollinger band,keltner band or other. No different than looking at a large scale venture and understanding the BIG view and the very very small nuance. We will SOON see many a RSI pattern roll over from x's to o's. The ones to buy will be the one's that are NOT in O's..But are in x's that do NOT roll over. Meant to say if you plug in a 162..Then consider how far it could drop without a bounce. And then consider the BOUNCE to then consider the next leg down. Go back and look at it with a 486.. Cut it up with 81/54/27 And what do you see re the possibility for MR DOW. So much for those pushing the 16k without considering sequences or the position of many in the bell curve. That's at 62 ish.
