Jim,

I remember dropping by 5th & D St here in DC (SEC Hq's) last May and looking up whether there were any standing complaints against GRNO. There were two that were mentioned. On of them dealt with claims that GRNO had misrepresented earnings after the sale of the 1st processor to the partnership, and the other was non-specific. I actually was amazed that there hadn't been of them given the past legal troubles.

However, not registering securities with the State of SC seems to fall under the fiduciary responsibilities of GRNO former legal counsel. After all, that is what GRNO paid he and his law firm to do, ensure that all adminstrative filings and paperwork required by regulatory authorities were adhered to full compliance.

BTW, did anyone happen to catch the news that Iraq has elected to stop shipments of oil through the Turkish pipeline for at least a month?? Since Turkey, as far as I have heard and read, is a major customer of Iraqi oil, it may just provide a little more cognizance of their dependence on unreliable sources of energy.

Just a thought and I have no concrete reason to believe this. But I can hope, can't I?? :0)

Regards,

Ron
