this country started with corporal punishment, works better than 3 squares a day with weight room, cable tv, computers, rec areas.

those people don't want to be whipped but doing 3 years in the joint ( what do they say, they could do it standing up)is nothing so they commit more crimes.

you whip them a few times and they will remember that
