the structural debt and annual budget deficits, plus the shortfalls in Medicaid, Social Security and Medicare and the shortfalls in Government pension plans make our situation unsustainable.......using current projects.... but you muddle through and hope that technology and information knowledge can leapfrog the current obstacles that seem insurmountable.
