Agree.

I was looking over VLNCs SEC reports and noticed that a 1/31/96 Def13A filing (required for everyone owning 5%+ of a stock) was filed by Lev Dawson himself! Even with all the stock he sold in 1994, he still owned around 1,000,000 shares at 1/31/96. I didn't see a similar filing in 1/1/97, so I don't know what that means, other than he owned less than 5%, even though there are no reported trades by Dawson since 1994. (Probably due to share dilution that he doesn't own 5%.)

Anyhow, for those wondering what Lev was doing, he was counting his stock $$ go from $2 to $9 (now back to $6). He certainly will be interested to pick the price up given the number of shares he has. And I thought I had a lot of shares! LOL
