Re: Lawsuit telephone no. Ben, you really want me to call them to tell them my stance? :)) Seriously: I was fortunate enough not to own COMS back in the 50ies. I only got aboard recently. Why is it that 10 or twenty years ago nobody thought of such lawsuits? Now they are all the rage! Are nowadays investors having a problem admitting they bet on the wrong horse? Are you suing Mike Tyson because he lied to you in the pre-fight press conference, promising to kill the other guy, but then gets beaten up himself and you bet $100 on him? I just don't know. Sometimes it seems to me that the victim's society has really come upon us, and I just don't agree with it. JMO. Thomas
