You insist on using incorrect facts and thinking. What is your compulsion with that? 2012 was the warmest year in the US in recorded history. 368? new highs and no new lows! Increased snow, is not the proper measurement to judge global warming. Temperature is. E.g. an ice free arctic absorbs more heat in the summer, which is then released during the winter, causing a high pressure area and the jet stream to wander, and often pushing cold arctic air and moisture south which can result in more snow even as the earth is warming. I would like to see that same author address arctic pack ice decline. 80% total mass decline since 1980. See graph of pack ice decline: Subject 57046
